26 is one of most favorite number. Why? Guess? At one look, it looks so ordinary. I respect it because it forms the letters of the English Alphabet. I have lived with it for more than 45 years of my life. It has been my Bread and Butter. I am always being dazzled at the way it combines in multifarious ways to form hordes of meaning. It becomes a diviner’s wand in my mind. I am casting it like how Moses has cast the rod, and lo by magic my writing and profession become connoted into Serpents of different hues of meaning.
